About this course

Photo Fundamentals 201 is designed to help you move beyond the basics and make more intentional photographs from the moment you begin planning a shoot. Build a creative process that guides your goals, gear choices and on-location decisions – even when the scene is unpredictable.

Explore advanced composition techniques for both tight and wide lenses, use color theory to create images that feel more deliberate, and learn practical ways to isolate your subject. You’ll also develop a respectful, people-first approach to portraiture and finish the course with a hands-on Lightroom Classic workflow for organizing, editing and directing attention within your images.

By the end of the course, you’ll have practical tools to create stronger photographs, adapt with confidence and bring a clearer point of view to every shoot.
