Stan Moniz is an adventure and astrophotographer based in Southern California. The Alpha Collective member is known for vivid land and seascapes as well as stunning images of the night sky. Nancy Borowick - @nancyborowick

Sony Artisan Nancy Borowick has told the intimate stories of people and places from every corner of the globe. Borowick is well-known for her artistic vision and ability to share a narrative through images. We love the image below, the details in the craters are incredible. Borowick took this image with the Sony 200-600mm f/5.6-6.3 G lens and her Sony Alpha 1. She stated that “I was shocked by the sharpness and quality of the image and stayed up way past my bedtime just observing, and shooting, this magnificent night sky.”

Gary Hart – @garyhartphoto

Nature photographer, Sony Artisan, writer and teacher Gary Hart uses imagery to share nature's beauty with others. Hart is an expert in moon photography, and you can read some of his top tips HERE. In the caption Hart discusses that he is always thrilled to photograph the moon, no matter how many times he’s shot it before. Mike Meyers is photographer/creative director/writer based out of Chicago and a member of the Alpha Collective. He primarily focuses on urban and natural landscapes. We always love seeing Meyers sweeping frames that seem to tell a full story in one capture. For example, the image below, Meyer’s took using the new Sony Alpha 7R V with the Sony 400mm f/2.8 G Master and a 1.4X teleconverter.

Sony Artisan Don Smith is a professional landscape photographer and educator. He says his love is nature, and he shares his passion through his workshops around the world at beautiful locations. Autumn Schrock is a photographer and designer specializing in outdoor lifestyle, travel, and landscape photography. The Alpha Collective member strives to showcase the immense beauty of our world and to encourage others to get out and explore. The image below is a part of her Happy Moonday collection, a photographic series that blossomed from her intense fascination with the moon. The collection consists of photographs of the moon saying hello over serene landscapes.

Cath Simard - @cathsimard

Photographer, composite artist, and Alpha Collective member Cath Simard is known for her surreal, cold, blue, mountain night aesthetic. This image is a composite of three photographs - the foreground, sky, and moon. All three were shot with the Sony Alpha 7R III – the foreground and the sky were shot with the Sony 16-35mm f/2.8 G Master while the moon was shot with the Sony 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 G Master. The composite turned into this breathtaking frame, with the moody vibes Simard’s work often has. 

Michael Forsberg - @mforsbergphoto

Conservation photographer Michael Forsberg primarily focuses on telling stories in the Great Plains. He is also celebrated for his gorgeous and unique images of cranes. The image below is an example of that. We love the framing of the moon and the whooping cranes. Forsberg made this image with his Sony Alpha 1. 

Rupert Porpora - @rupertporpora

Rupert Porpora is a Sussex based photographer whose work has an elegant minimalistic vibe to them. Focusing on the beauty of nature, Porpora’s images have a peacefulness to them. The image below is an example of his clean style. This image is titled “Celestial Clarity” and was taken on the Sony Alpha 7R II and the Sony 400mm f/2.8 G Master lens.
