Sony Artisan Photo Walks At PhotoPlus 2017

One of the best parts of PhotoPlus 2017 is the opportunity to join several Sony Artisans as they host photo walks throughout the streets of New York City. Learn from these insightful and inspiring pros as they help you hone your skills with the Sony system during a guided trek in one of the greatest cities in the United States. Capture A New Kind Of Light Workshop With Sony Artisan Scott Robert Lim (Day One)

Join Samy’s Camera and Sony Artisan Scott Robert Lim for a Sony special event in New York City. This two-day workshop and photoshoot covers lighting, composition and basic posing. Day one of the workshop includes shooting in every lighting situation plus a live photo shoot on the rooftop of the Sony headquarters in New York City.

Photo Walk And Post-Processing With Sony Artisan Colby Brown

Join landscape, travel and humanitarian photographer and Sony Artisan Colby Brown for a unique photo walk and post session. The group will meet at Sony Square NYC and then spend an hour exploring and photographing Madison Square Park and the surrounding streets together as a group. Afterwards the group will head back to Sony Square NYC for an in-depth Q&A and post-processing session, where you will have the opportunity to not only ask questions, but follow along as the group processes a wide variety of images.

Photo Walk With Sony Artisan Tony Gale

Learn how to capture motion with a small flash on this outdoor photo walk with Sony Artisan Tony Gale. Participants will learn how to improve available light by using one or several small off-camera flashes, as well as when and how to use HSS (high-speed sync), TTL or manual settings on your flash. This photo walk will feature live models and participants will be encouraged to test out the ideas and tips they learn.
