Learn how to see, shape, and control light to enhance mood, depth, and storytelling. Through practical examples and guided instruction, you’ll discover how mastering light elevates your images from technically correct to visually compelling.

Andy Katz is a world renowned travel photographer whose love of photography has taken him around the globe. From the deserts of Namibia to the disappearing Jewish World of Eastern Europe to the rolling hills of California wine country, his subjects range as broadly as his travels and adventures. Each journey for Katz is a new exploration of images. Katz discovered his passion for photography at a young age and is an esteemed member of the Sony Artisans of Imagery program. His work has been featured in galleries and museums worldwide including The Natural History Museum in New York City.
