Back by popular demand. After selling out in Spring 2025, this mountain-focused outdoor photography series returns to Glazer’s Camera for Spring 2026 – now expanded to four sessions.
This four-part, mountain-focused outdoor photography series is designed to help you prepare for a season of photographing the Pacific Northwest. Led by Scott Kranz Photography, hosted by Glazer’s Camera, and sponsored by Sony, the series blends practical field skills with creative decision-making and workflow fundamentals. Across four evenings, we’ll cover everything from building an efficient camera kit and planning successful trips, to creative techniques in the field and a complete post-processing and file management workflow. The goal is to help you show up more prepared, work more intentionally, and bring your images all the way from capture to finished output. Whether you’re photographing mountain landscapes, forests, coastlines, water features, or the night sky, this series offers experience-driven guidance rooted in real-world outdoor shooting in the Pacific Northwest. Important note for returning participants:
Sessions 1-3 will follow the structure and topics from the Spring 2025 series. If you attended last year, much of the material will feel familiar. Session 4 is entirely new for 2026.
Workshop Sessions:
Session 1 – April 29, 2026 Maximizing Your Gear Kit: Selecting, Packing & Carrying Essentials
Session 2 – May 6, 2026 Trip Planning, Camera Settings & Customization
