In this hands-on course, you’ll learn the fundamentals of automotive photography and how to approach photographing cars with confidence!

We’ll cover the basics of camera settings, composition, lighting, gear, and shooting techniques while exploring what goes into creating a great automotive photo. I’ll share the techniques and approaches I use when photographing cars, from deciding where to position yourself and choosing the right angle to understanding how your camera settings can change the look of an image.

Hands-On Learning from 11:00am - 12:00 PM CST

This isn't just a class where you'll sit and listen to a presentation. We'll take what we learn and put it into practice. You'll have the opportunity to photograph a vehicle, experiment with different compositions and camera settings, and see firsthand how changing your position, lens, or lighting can completely change the final image.
