Pushing Past Fear With Sony Alpha Female Creator-In-Residence Erin Hogue

Join the team from Sony Canada and Professional Photographer/Alpha Female Creator-In-Residence Erin Hogue for an evening lecture showcasing Erin's latest work from the edge. As one of a very small collection of female photographers in the action sports and lifestyle industry, Erin's unique perspective creates captivating photos that have gained worldwide recognition. Inspired by a challenge and adventure, Erin seeks out situations that will push the limits and drive creativity. Whether snowmobiling in Whistler, camping in Alaska, rappelling down cliffs or hanging out of a helicopter, Erin does whatever it takes to get the shot. Featured in: Transworld Snowboarding, Snowboarder, Woman's Health, Flare Fashion Magazine, MTV, ESPN and X-Games.

Erin is a force to be reckoned with, having been awarded an X-Games Gold Metal for Action Sports Photography, and being selected as an O (Oprah) Magazine insider as well as becoming a member of Sony's Alpha Female Creator-in-Residence program. Erin works with an impressive client list including Oakley, Red Bull, Spy Optics, Organic Milk, Element Skateboarding, ROXY and more. Erin is dedicated to forging her way to the forefront of the industry, blasting stereotypes and taking setbacks in her stride as she endeavors to "Getting the Shot."
