Sony and Profoto have joined forces to bring you a chance to learn about automotive photography in a big way. Sony Artisan of Imagery, Dennis Biela, will show you his techniques on how to light and photograph a car’s exterior and interior in the studio. Lighting is more than just “placing a light”, it’s also about controlling the highlights & shadows using light’s power to create a mood for that “rolling piece of art”. This 3 hour workshop covers not only lighting but also color management, how to work with models, and compose the subject to create that artistic view. During Dennis’s hands-on presentation, attendees will have ample opportunity to photograph the car and model with Dennis on hand to help them create their own stellar piece of art.
