How it works

  1. Buy

    Buy an eligible product from a Sony Authorized Retailer between 10/01/2026 and 12/31/2026. Brand-new product bought for personal use only.

  2. Keep your paperwork

    You will need your purchase receipt and the UPC label showing the model and serial number.

  3. Claim

    Submit your claim within 14 days of purchase. All claims must be in by 01/14/2027. Start your claim.

Important information

  • Claim must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • For each item claimed, you must upload:
    • A purchase receipt that clearly includes the name of the Sony Authorized Retailer, the date or purchase and the eligible product purchased
    • UPC label including the eligible model and serial number
  • Rebate Offer is void where taxed, prohibited or restricted by law.
  • The method of payment for approved rebate Claims is a single-load Prepaid Visa card, subject to the card issuer terms and conditions, to be delivered via U.S. mail.
  • Offer good only on brand-new eligible product purchased FOR PERSONAL USE from Sony Authorized Retailers in the US.
  • Claims for purchases of Open Box, Like New and Refurbished product will be rejected.
