Pro Support - Refer-a-Friend Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

  • The Sony Electronics Imaging PRO Support Membership Refer-a-Friend Program ("Program") allows existing members ("Member") to refer friends or acquaintances ("Friend") to join Sony Imaging’s PRO Support Membership Program. In return, the Member can earn a discount on their membership renewal fee.

2. Eligibility

  • This Program is open to all current members of Sony Imaging’s PRO Support Membership Program in good standing.

  • Friends must be new members who have not previously held a membership with Sony Imaging’s PRO Support Membership Program.

3. Referral Process

  • To participate, the Member must provide the Friend with their PRO Support Member ID to enter in the Referral field on the PRO Support application.

  • The Friend must meet the program eligibility requirements listed here on the application site, must successfully complete the membership application, and pay the applicable membership fee in full.

4. Discounts and Rewards

  • Upon the successful enrollment of a Friend, the Member will receive a discount equivalent to 1/5 (20%) off the price of their next annual membership renewal.

  • If a Member successfully refers five (5) Friends who enroll, the Member will receive their next annual membership renewal for free.

  • Discounts are cumulative but can only be applied to the upcoming renewal period. Discounts earned from more than five referrals in a single year cannot be rolled over or combined with other offers.

  • If a Friend cancels their membership within 30 days of enrollment, the associated discount will be voided.

5. Application of Discounts

  • The discount will be automatically applied to the Member’s membership renewal invoice for the following year.

  • The discount is non-transferable and has no cash value.

6. Program Limitations

  • The Program is limited to referrals resulting in successful enrollments completed within the calendar year.

  • Discounts apply only to annual memberships and cannot be applied to other services or products offered by Sony.

7. Termination and Modification

  • Sony reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without notice.

  • Any changes will not affect discounts already earned for referrals made prior to the modification or termination.

8. Fraudulent Activity

  • Any fraudulent or abusive activity in relation to the Program will result in the immediate disqualification of the Member from the Program, and any discounts earned will be forfeited.

  • Sony Imaging’s PRO Support Membership Program reserves the right to take appropriate legal action if fraudulent activity is detected.

9. General

  • Participation in the Program constitutes the Member’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

All decisions by Sony regarding the Program are final and binding.
