Please refer to the "IMPORTANT INFORMATION" section on the incentive page. Your product must be purchased between the Purchase Start Date and Purchase End Date. Your claim must be submitted by the Claim Deadline date.
Yes! You will receive notifications every time your claim’s status changes. All
communications will come from ConsumerRebatesHQ@rebatesupport.com. Please
add the email address to your safe sender list or regularly check your Junk and
Deleted email folders.
Visit https://rebate.eur.electronics.sony.com/ and click on “Track my Rebate”. You
will be able to search using the confirmation number you received via email after
the claim submission, or by entering your email address and Postal Code.
Your gift will be mailed to the address you provided. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery via U.S. Mail after we receive your complete claim details.
