1. ELIGIBILITY; PROMOTION PERIOD: The Sony Electronics’ Spring 2026 Creative Space on the Road Photo Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Sony Electronics Inc. (“Sponsor”) and is open and offered only to legal residents of the United States and D.C. who are 18+ years of age (or 19+ in AL, NE) at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes starts on 03/18/2026 at 9:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) and ends on 5/1/2026 at 11:59 PM PST (the “Promotion Period").
2. HOW TO ENTER:
Method 1: Online Entry (INTERNET REQUIRED): To enter the Sweepstakes, entrant must, during the Promotion Period, (1) attend a Creative Space On The Road event set forth below (a “CSOTR Event”) and (2) post on Instagram:
(i) one (1) in-feed post, single image, image carousel, or video to entrant’s Instagram feed showcasing or featuring a moment captured at CSOTR Event;
(ii) tag or mention @sonyalpha in such Instagram post; and
(iii) include the hashtags #SonyCreativeSpace and #SweepstakesEntry in such Instagram Post(collectively, “Submission”)
Once posted on Instagram, entrant’s Submission must remain on Instagram until 11:59 PM PST on May 8, 2026, otherwise entrant’s entry will not be eligible to win. Entrant must follow Instagram’s terms and conditions. Use of a mobile device means that message and data rates may apply.

Method 2: Alternate Method of Entry – Mail-In Entry
During the Promotion Period, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

All mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 1, 2026 and received by May 8, 2026. Entries submitted via mail will have the same odds of winning as entries submitted in person at a CSOTR Event. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
Limit: One (1) entry per person for the Sweepstakes, regardless of method of entry. Publication of Submission on social platforms, other than entrant’s Instagram page are not eligible for entry into this Sweepstakes. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated number of entries by any method will void that person’s entries and that person will be disqualified.
3. SUBMISSION: (i) must be in the English language or accompanied with an English translation of the audio or visual text; (ii) may not be inappropriate, offensive, libelous or defamatory, pornographic, sexually explicit, unlawful or plagiarized, as determined by Sony in its sole discretion; (iii) must not be harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, profane, obscene, excessively violent, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or offensive in any way, as determined by Sony in its sole discretion; (iv) may not violate or encourage others to violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation; (v) may not defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or property rights or any other third party rights; (vi) may not contain commercial or corporate advertising, other than those relating to Sony Electronics Inc.; (vii) may not include any website URLs, viruses, worms, corrupt files, Trojan horses, or other forms of corruptive code or content that may harm or compromise the proper conduct of this Sweepstakes or Sony; (viii) may not use any watermarks or distinguishing artist marks (such as signatures); and (ix) may not violate Instagram's Terms of Use.
4. RANDOM DRAWING/WINNER NOTIFICATION: On or about 5/11/2026, a random drawing of all eligible entries will be conducted by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winning entry will be drawn and the potential winner will be notified on or about 5/12/2026 (i) by direct message on Instagram from @SonyAlpha account for entrants who entered via online entry method only, or (ii) by email for entrants who entered by mail-in entry. Entrant agrees that Sponsor has the sole
right to decide all matters and disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes and Sponsor’s decisions shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that Sony Electronics Inc. may collect the personal information submitted by you and use the information pursuant to the Sony Electronics Inc. privacy policy available online at https://products.sel.sony.com/SEL/legal/privacy.html.
5. ONE PRIZE WINNER USD APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):
There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner will win the following as the Grand Prize.
● One (1) Sony Alpha 7 V – Full-Frame Mirrorless Interchangeable Lens Camera with SEL28702 Kit (model ILCE-7M5MB) (ARV: USD $3,099.99).
Prizes in this Sweepstakes are nontransferable, nonredeemable for cash, and non-substitutable, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize or any component thereof with one of equal or greater value should any of the advertised prizes become unavailable for any reason. Odds of winning the prize depends on the number of eligible entries received. The prizes will be awarded provided there are a sufficient number of entrants. Prizes are subject to manufacturer’s limited warranty and/or terms and conditions, if applicable. The ARV of the prizes are subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prizes are awarded or redeemed. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and randomly select an alternate potential prize winner in the event that a potential prize winner is unreachable; the prize notification is not responded to or is returned as undeliverable; failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity or residency; a potential prize winner declines acceptance of a prize; or if in Sponsor’s determination, a potential prize winner has not complied with these Official Rules. Entrants should regularly check their Instagram DMs or email for Sweepstakes notifications.
Potential winners may be required to sign and return within ten (10) days of notification or attempted notification of being a potential winner, a Declaration of Eligibility/Compliance/W-9 (including Social Security Number as required for tax reporting purposes) & Publicity/Liability Release (where permitted by law), or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, time allowing, an alternate potential winner(s) will be selected. The prize winner must be 18+ years of age (19+ in AL, NE). The winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of their prize and are advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of their respective prize winnings. Prize winner is solely responsible for filing all required tax returns and paying any required taxes pursuant to applicable law based on the value of the prize received.
The prize winner agrees to comply with all applicable regulations in connection with the prize. The Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or invalidation of this Sweepstakes.
6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Sweepstakes Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters and all respects relating to this Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant releases Sponsor, its parent, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, employees, managers, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, including the social media platform(s), and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability and claims or causes of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property with respect to any and all aspects of this Sweepstakes, including those arising out of any prize related activity, whether provided by Sponsor or third parties, or the acceptance or possession or use/misuse of a prize or any component of a prize, or participation in this Sweepstakes or Sweepstakes related activity, or for any printing, production, typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize. Except where legally prohibited, by accepting a prize, winner grants (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use winner’s name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval.
IF ENTRANT IS A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, ENTRANT WAIVES CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542, WHICH STATES: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY” (OR ANY EQUIVALENT STATUTORY PROVISION WITH A SIMILAR IMPORT OR INTENT). The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram and Instagram is hereby completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Sweepstakes.
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, destroyed, inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, unintelligible, non-delivered, misdirected, stolen entries; or for incomplete, inaccurate, lost, interrupted or unavailable network, satellite, telephone networks or lines, cellular towers or equipment (including handsets), computer online systems, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs, servers or providers, or other connections, availability or accessibility; or for unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; or miscommunications, failed computer, telephone, cellular, satellite, or cable transmissions, lines or other technical failure; or for jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for any other errors of any kind, whether human, technical, mechanical, electronic or network, including, without limitation, any errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified (and all associated entries will be void), and Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such entrant’s eligibility to participate in this or any other promotion offered by Sponsor. Entries generated by robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from the website. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes, and select a winner from all non-suspect, eligible entries received for such drawing prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Without limiting the release provided above, and for greater certainty, Released Parties will not be liable for (a) any incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by wireless device users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries; (b) the theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (c) any problems with or technical malfunctions of telephone networks or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs; (d) any failure of any message to be received by or from Sponsor for any reason including but not limited to traffic congestion on the Internet or wireless waves or at any Web site or combination thereof; or (e) damage to a participant’s or other person’s system or equipment occasioned by participation in this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding prize claims or entries received from multiple users having the same billing address, telephone number or e-mail, the authorized subscriber of such e-mail account used at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.

GOVERNING LAW: Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Sweepstakes Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action. All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual incurred out-of-pocket expenses (excluding attorneys' fees) associated with participation in this Sweepstakes and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Sweepstakes Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Waiver of Jury Trial: THE PARTIES SHALL NOT RAISE IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, AND HEREBY WAIVE, TRIAL BY JURY. ALL DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, AND WITHOUT RESORT TO CLASS ACTION.
