We're excited to share that the pilot episode of National Geographic's "Photographer" series, featuring Sony Artisans Paul Nicklen and Cristina Mittermeier, recently won an Emmy for Outstanding Nature Documentary. The episode, titled "Paul Nicklen & Cristina Mittermeier: Win or Die," showcases their work and passion for capturing the beauty and fragility of the natural world, particularly the oceans.
Nicklen and Mittermeier are renowned for their stunning nature photography, particularly their work in polar and marine environments. The two are co-founders of SeaLegacy, a non-profit organization dedicated to using visual storytelling to protect our oceans. They are also known for their dedication to conservation and using their photography to raise awareness about environmental issues.
