The Airpeak S1 is Sony’s first professional drone and the world’s smallest drone that can be equipped with a wide range of Sony’s camera bodies. For a recent project, filmmakers Michael Dyrland of DPdrones, Craig Coker and Eddie Hayes took the Airpeak S1 and the Sony FX3 to Four Aces Movie Ranch in the desert northeast of Los Angeles. They used the combination to capture several unique film transitions, and you can see them in this special behind-the-scenes view in the video below.
