Sony Artisan Robert Evans Explains Why He Switched To Sony

Bruce Clarke of This Week in Photo (TWiP) Weddings and MomentsInDigital.com interviews Sony Artisan Robert Evans about why he switched to Sony. Renowned for his high-end wedding photography, Evans had been a Hasselblad film shooter and Canon DSLR user until he switched to the Sony system.

"The reason that I switched or looked at Sony was because I was hearing really great things about them. I was curious and I try to be open minded about things like that. Switching camera brands is a really big thing...I started out just playing with it, then I started taking it with me to jobs...What I discovered from the Sony right away was I was really impressed with the image quality, how sharp the lenses are and the dynamic range was really stunning," -Robert Evans
