Time Magazine has released its list of "The Top 10 Gadgets of 2017," and you might just find a certain new full-frame mirrorless camera on there! The Sony α7r III, listed at #10, joins the rank of other cutting-edge projects like the iPhone X in this annual list of the best tech. Here's what they had to say about the camera:

"With notable improvements over its predecessor and a cheaper price than Sony’s α9 Alpha, the recently unveiled Sony Alpha α7R III stands to be one of the best mirrorless cameras ever made. It can shoot at twice the resolution of the α9 and has an autofocus that’s twice as fast as the α7R II, although it’s worth remembering that the α9 offers faster burst shooting. But the lower price and heightened performance are likely more than enough to impress pro and novice photographers alike."
