Nat Geo photographer and Sony Artisan Ira Block is one of the world's leading visual storytellers. Through his camera and lens, which in this case is the Sony Alpha 7R V and Sony 28-70mm f/2 G Master, he transports us into the beautiful places he goes to and allows us to form emotional connections with the people and the cultures that he experiences. See some of what he was able to capture on his recent trip to Cuba below:
The Colors Of Cuba
Block has traveled to Cuba to capture the stunning culture and colors of the island country before. Just last year his six-part portrait photography series in Cuba received a 2024 Webby Award. The Colours of Cuba, presented by B&H and Sony, joined Block on a journey to document the people, places and feel of Cuba through environmental portraiture.
