Cameras
Alpha 7 IV: My main camera is my Alpha 7 IV and I can’t think of a better camera to have with me. It is versatile in all aspects – from its 33MP photos to the ability to shoot 4K video when needed. Since I’m always on the run and constantly needing to adjust settings, the customizable buttons around the camera makes capturing the moment so much easier.

"At 33MP you still have the power to crop in and not lose quality. Pairing this camera with the right G Master lens works wonders." Photo by JP Ramirez. Alpha 7 IV. 200-600mm f/5.6-6-3 G.
FX3: My second camera which is also my video camera is the FX3. If you’re a videographer, this is simply a must-have camera to have in your arsenal. Since I’m constantly on the move, I needed to have a camera that can be quick to set up and shoot with while running around, while still being able to produce the high quality cinematic look. This FX3 is everything I could have asked for and then some.
Lenses
24-70mm f/2.8 G Master II: In my opinion, this lens is the bread and butter. Whether I’m using it for photos or for video, it is extremely sharp and versatile and allows you to capture any and all moments. This lens is always on one of my cameras. You will never find it sitting in my bag.

"The ability to shoot between 24-70mm and still get tack sharp images is the main reason this lens is a staple in my bag." Photo by JP Ramirez. Alpha 7 IV. 24-70mm f/2.8 G Master II.
200-600mm f/5.6-6.3 G: The king of all sports and wildlife lenses. Yes, it’s big – but the image quality that this glass produces is unmatched. I keep this with me at all times during my outdoor shoots because I never know what I'll run into and how much reach I will need to capture it. Also having an all white lens just looks really cool.

"The sharpness of this lens and reach allows me to capture all sorts of animals no matter how small." Photo by JP Ramirez. Alpha 7 IV. 200-600mm f/5.6-6-3 G.
20mm f/1.8 G: This is my go-to astro lens and my go-to lens when I want to capture more of the scene. It's compact so it fits perfectly in my bag allowing more room for other gear, and the low light capabilities coming from that 1.8 aperture are truly remarkable.

"A lens that allows you to capture the night sky in ways you dreamed of." Photo by JP Ramirez. Alpha 7 IV. 20mm f/1.8 G.
35mm f/1.4 G Master: This to me is the best prime lens out there. I've talked about the sharpness of G Master lenses before, but this lens takes it to an almost unreal level. I keep this in my bag at all times for whenever my 24-70mm is in use for video but I need photos that can match the quality – and this one does the trick. Mix the G Master series plus a 1.4 aperture, you are never going to fail.

Polar Pro Filter Bag: Having filters flying all over the place is never a good idea that is why I use this bag to carry all of my polar pro filters from my VND filters to the Everyday Filter.
Polar Pro Slate Case: This case is where I store all of my SD cards. It is secured and heavy duty meant to withstand whatever you throw at it.
