Sony Artisan Chris Orwig shows how to clean up backlit portraits in Photoshop. Backlight can create a beautiful look, but it will also create some lens flare. If that flare is objectionable, you can use some advanced retouching techniques to clean it up. Orwig shows how to use the Transform and Warp tools to make a winning image. In the tutorial, Orwig is using a backlit portrait with lens flare, but the techniques he uses can be used for just about any problem areas in any kind of photo.
