Australia's DigiDirect reviews the Sony α6500, describing key features and how the camera compares to the α6000 and α6300. In particular they call out the 5-axis in-body stabilization which is new to the α6X00 series.

"This is a big deal. Any lens you put on here, whether or not the lens has stabilization, you've got stabilization in the camera. The stabilization is very effective. Sony obviously has experience with in-body stabilization from the α7 lineup and they've implemented it very well here. It works very well kin the α6500."

And in concluding comments, "You get all the bells and whistles in here to make this a super-capable camera."
