The 70-200 f/4 cam in just a point ahead of the 24-70mm f/2.8 G Master and the Zeiss Vario-Tessar T* 24-70mm f/4 ZA OSS.

The top choice for standard zoom is the 24-70mm f/2.8 G Master. This lens comes in at number 10 for Sony lenses in the DxOMark database.
