Instagram Follow Friday In-Concert

Whether it be in a sold-out stadium, a crowded festival, or even a dive bar, there’s something about the energy of live music that people love to experience. This week we’re featuring a group of photographers who are capturing that energy with Sony Alpha cameras and lenses and posting it to Instagram. Chad Wadsworth – @chadwadsworth_atx

Sony Artisan Chad Wadsworth is an Austin-based photographer who is nationally recognized for his compositions of all things music related. Scroll through his account and you’ll see on-stage photos, thoughtful portraits of artists, rowdy music festival snapshots and more. Greg is another member of the Alpha Collective. His Instagram account features a ton of epic concert shots that include some of the biggest names in the music industry. Jose Silva – @jnsilva

Jose is also an Alpha Collective member who has always had a love for the visual arts. (Learn more about him in this Alpha Universe Podcast.) When you look at his Instagram account you’ll see an eclectic mix of New York street photography and cityscapes, portraits, landscapes, and plenty of concert shots. The photos he captured in the post below were taken with a combination of the Sony 24-70mm f/2.8 G Master and the Sony 70-200mm f/2.8 G Master with the Sony Alpha α7R III.

Nolen Ryan – @nolenryanphoto

Nolen is a Vegas-based creative and Sony photographer. On his regular IG account (@nolenryan) you’ll see his fashion, editorial and advertising work, but this week we’re all about his concert photography account @nolenryanphoto. He captured the photos in his post below of American rock band Fever 333 using the Sony 85mm f/1.8 lens and the Sony Alpha α7R III.

Camilo Báez – @camilobaezph

Camilo is a Sony photographer and videographer capturing music in all its forms. Check out his Instagram account for a great variety of shots both in-concert and behind-the-scenes. Jake Chamseddine – @jakechams

Jake is a member of the Sony Alpha Imaging Collective. Jake’s Instagram bio says that he’s usually at a concert and always with a camera, and you can tell by his posts that he’s not exaggerating.
