Jennifer McMorran (@jenslifeinprint) is the winner of the Alpha Female+ #SonyKids Challenge for this magical portrait she created at home. "This image is of my son," she says. "He lives in a constant state of creativity. He is our dreamer, our maker, our creative and I wanted an image that represented his imagination."

Using the Sony Alpha 7R III, Sony 24-240mm f/3.5-6.3 and plenty of creativity, photographer Jennifer McMorran created this magical portrait of her son.
"We had placed tarps over our backyard skatepark during a heavy winter storm and he loved being under the 'tent.' It was just magical and dreamy with light filtering through the blue tarps and I immediately saw this image in my head. In order to get the desired effect, I strung fairy lights around the tarps and placed a small light inside of the mug. I shot the image with my Sony Alpha 7R III using a tripod and remote shutter at ISO 800 at 1/30-sec, f/4.5 using the Sony 24-240mm lens. The image was mostly created in camera with some creative post-processing like cloning 'stars' for more depth, color correction and texture overlay."
For winning the challenge, McMorran receives a Sony ZV-1 camera. You can be a part of the October Alpha Female+ Photo Challenge.
