Romain Noel (@r.noel_) specializes in landscapes and wildlife photography. The way he creates his landscape imagery really puts the full magnitude of the scene in front of him on display. He set out to capture the full moon in the French Alps with his Sony Alpha 7R IV and Sony 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 G Master and the result was this beautiful composite.

"This shot was taken in The French Alps near Les Orres, a French ski resort in the south of the Alps," he explains. "It was for the full moon at 6pm. I had my Sony Alpha 7R IV and Sony 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 G Master. I use this lens for landscape and wildlife – it's the ultimate lens for me."
The resulting image that Noel created is a two-shot composite that he blended in Photoshop. "I captured the moon at 1/50-sec, f/13 and ISO of 800. The foreground was shot at 1/6-sec., f/13 and ISO 800. Both were shot at 189mm."
