Jessica Hirsch – @cheatdayeats

Say cheese! This ultra-cheesy pizza video of Jessica’s immediately caught our attention while scrolling through Instagram. She’s a member of the Alpha Imaging Collective and specializes in creating photos and videos of all things YUM with her Sony α7 III! See the rest of the gear she uses to capture the deliciousness in her What’s In My Bag article and see her workflow from start-to-finish in her Pro Workflow article. Make sure you also check out her At-Home Food Photography Guide to learn how to create your own dynamic food photos in your own kitchen.

Christian Houda – @azfoodphotos

Christian is a Phoenix-based food photographer. Using his Sony α7 III, he captures delicious and comforting dishes that you can almost taste through your screen. He has an eye for design and his attention to detail makes his food photos stand out from the rest. Our mouths are definitely watering at this shot of an artisan grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup…mmmm!

Rob Murphy – @robmurphyphotos

Rob specializes in food photography and styling, and you’ll find a wide variety of composed culinary artistry as you scroll through his account. Take a look at the way he sets up and frames his food and give it a try with dinner tonight! He took the photo of this delectable chocolate brownie using his Sony α7 III with his Sony 50mm f/1.8 lens.

Stuart Anderson – @stuart_anderson_ig

Stuart is a portrait, food and beverage, and product photographer. His account features a variety of beverage photos taken in beautiful glassware. He also has some simple food photography on his account, and what better time than now to combine food and macro photography? Check out this close-up of juicy blueberries he took with his Sony α6000 and Sony 90mm Macro. Something that you surely can try at home too!

Hilda – @hilda.healthy.foods

Is it just us or is everyone making bread these days? Those beautiful loaves make for great subjects in your food photography, and Netherlands-based photographer Hilda’s recent post is a perfect example of that. Hilda’s account features healthy and alternative recipes (...that bread loaf was gluten-free!) to help her followers eat well, live well and be well.
