Camera
Sony Alpha 7 III: I have been shooting on the Sony Alpha 7 III for over three years now and it has been my main camera body ever since. It’s not just a camera that has proven to deliver time and time again, but it is also something that is visually appealing and functions flawlessly. The low-light capabilities are initially what attracted me to this camera body, being a night shooter I felt this was quite essential and I always look forward to putting this body to the test. I also love the hybrid nature of this camera in terms of being an excellent piece of equipment for videography. Being able to shoot in 4K, combined with the rapid autofocus is something that has become essential for building up my YouTube Channel over the years – I can always rely on this camera.

Lenses
Sony 12-24mm f/2.8 G Master: This lens is the most recent addition to my kit and will always make its way into my camera bag when heading out into London to shoot. Being able to shoot at 12mm opens up so many possibilities when shooting within such tight urban spaces and really allows you to pack as much into the frame as possible. The ultra-wide perspective has allowed me to discover new perspectives within locations that I’ve shot at so many times and this is exciting for me!

Sony 16-35mm f/2.8 G Master: this was actually my first ever Sony lens which I have been using for about 3.5 years and still going strong! This piece of kit provides a lot of flexibility and I use it for both photo and video work. When heading out to shoot in the city I like to keep my bag light, and bringing this lens allows me to capture wide cityscapes but also enables me to punch in to 35mm and capture some lifestyle images and portraits.

Sony 24-70mm f/2.8 G Master II: This is actually my first lens of this focal length and it has left me wondering how its taken me so many years to get my hands on and shoot with! It’s the ultimate lens to travel with if you’re looking to keep things light and cover a lot of bases. I personally love using this lens for automotive photography, especially when you don’t have too much time to capture your shots – this is a fantastic ‘run and gun’ lens. You’re able to capture wider shots which allow the subject to be shown within its environment, but you also have the ability to punch right in to 70mm and get some great detailed shots. This piece of kit is becoming one of my favorite lenses to shoot with.

Sony 70-200mm f/2.8 G Master II: I recently upgraded from the previous version of this lens and the difference has been a game changer for me! One thing that stands out to me is the super lightweight nature of this lens, which has made my life so much easier for when it comes to traveling. The compression that you can achieve with this lens is stunning and the speed of the autofocus is next level. This is also a fantastic lens for situations when you aren’t positioned too close to the action, such as live sporting events – the 200mm focal length allows you to scope out from afar and still come away with razor sharp images.

Accessories
Bag: My main camera bag right now is the LowePro Protactic 450 AW ii, which I use for traveling and it is an amazing option due to its durability, comfort and ability to fit in endless amounts of gear. For street photography, where I’m wanting to keep things minimal and light, I use the Manfrotto Street Slim backpack which is a discreet and functional camera bag.
Tripod: I use the Manfrotto BeFree Advanced (Carbon Fibre), which is proving to be a flawless option and one that comes with me on all my travels. I also frequently carry with me a couple of Nanlite Pavotubes, as well as a bunch of PolarPro filters.
Drones: These are also something that play a huge part in my work and I value them as tools greatly.
