Nate Luebbe – @nateinthewild
Travel and adventure photographer and cinematographer Nate Luebbe shares his knowledge and ideas on his YouTube Channel. The Sony Alpha Ambassador's videos share the journeys he takes to photograph beautiful landscapes, astroscopes, and wildlife. Nate doesn’t shy away from adventure, always up to travel to those difficult-to-reach places to see the sights many others will never see in person.
In the video below, he shares a vlog of a recent trip to Brooks Falls, Katmai National Park, Alaska, which he says has the best bear viewing in the world. It’s not just a vlog thought, it’s a sweet story about how his parents instilled a love of nature in Nate. To photograph the bears and scenery, Nate brought his Sony Alpha 1 and Sony Alpha 7R V. Then for lenses he brought the Sony 16-35mm f/2.8 G Master, Sony 24-70mm f/2.8 G Master II, Sony 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 G Master and Sony 400mm f/2.8 G Master.
Allison Anderson
Travel photographer, vlogger and Sony Alpha Ambassador Allison Anderson travels the world and captures the beautiful moments she experiences along the way. On her YouTube Channel you'll find videos that provide helpful tips for traveling and give you firsthand accounts of the places she visits. She uses the Sony Alpha 7S III and Sony ZV-1 cameras plus a wide range of Sony lenses to record her vlogs.
In this video, Allison documents her trip to Maine. She explores Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor and other great spots! Allison does a great job noting factors to consider for your own trip, for example, if certain drives need a permit. Brian Lackey is a professional photographer whose YouTube account acts as his travel vlog. His channel gives you a behind the scenes look into the day in the life of a travel photographer wherever he’s photographing at the time. It’s great fun to see where in the world he is at the moment and how he makes epic imagery using his Sony Alpha 7R IV or Sony Alpha 7S III along with the Sony 24mm f/1.4 G Master, Sony 35mm f/1.4 G Master and Sony 55mm f/1.8.
Here, Brian is in Olympic National Park and he’s vlogging his experience solo hiking about 40 miles on the Hoh River to Blue Glacier Trail. This was part of a multi-year project he’s working on photographing Olympic National Park. This is a fun video as it includes classic vlog-style parts as well as more documentary-style footage. Brian frequently stops to make pictures on the hike and includes his results in the vlog.
Cody and Victoria
Cody and Victoria are filmmakers, photographers, and outdoors enthusiasts living the mountain life. Their YouTube channel is dedicated to sharing adventures, cinematic films, and all things that fit their outdoors lifestyle. They have become quite popular for their cinematic vlogs, where they share their adventures with their filmmaker's eye. The high quality of their vlogs truly make them stand out.
This video is a cinematic video with an old-timey feel documenting the couple's seven-day trip in the Canadian Rockies. They spent the days in nature with friends hiking some epic trails in Banff and Yoho National Park, rafting in Jasper, and trekking on the Athabasca glacier. She quickly gained a following by posting about beauty and hair and her content has expanded to other topics that excite her including lifestyle and tech.
